Our Tiny houses start on an Iron Eagle tiny house trailer. This model is on an 8.5’x24’ trailer with bump out. Layout consist of a living area, full kitchen, full bathroom with laundry, and a loft bed room. This tiny house was built with a lot of high end building materials like zip system sheathing, LP SmartSide lap siding, and a metal roof. This model has a 12,000 BTU mini split air conditioning system with heat, for supplemental heat there is also an electric fire place. This model is more of a semi permanent unit with no gray or potable water tanks. Electrical connection consist of a 100 amp panel that can be set up for 50 amp RV service.
